This Privacy Notice applies to the Hirconn mobile application, in-app features, and any other services or digital experiences we operate under the Hirconn brand. Whether you're creating a Personal Page to connect globally or building a Business Page to promote your services and get discovered, this Privacy Notice applies to all of it. For simplicity, we'll refer to everything collectively as the "Service."

Information We Collect

It goes without saying, we can't help you connect or promote your professional services without you providing some information about yourself—like your name, interests, and work background. Using our Service also generates some data, such as when you logged in or how you interacted with other users. Below is a detailed breakdown of the information we collect when you use Hirconn.

Content When you use Hirconn, you may upload photos, text, or other types of content to personalize your Personal or Business Page. If you choose to link your pages, those links become publicly visible as well.

To protect your privacy and the security of all users, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. This is to ensure that your personal information isn't accessed or altered by someone else.

Please note that we may decline requests that cannot be verified, are unlawful, or may infringe on the rights of other users or our intellectual property. For example, if you request information about another user (such as their messages to you), that user must submit their own request.

If you're a resident of Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut, USA, and we deny your privacy request, you may appeal by contacting us at admin@hirconn.com, and explicitly referencing "Privacy Request Appeal." Children's Privacy

Hirconn is not intended for users under 18. If we discover that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. We also rely on our community to help us, as such, if as a Hirconn user, you suspect that a member is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available on the platform or contact us at admin@hirconn.com.

How Long We Retain Your Personal Information

We want the connections you make through Hirconn to be meaningful and long-lasting—but we only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for legitimate business reasons (as described in the "Why and How We Use Your Personal Information" section) and as permitted by applicable law.

If you decide to stop using the Service, you can close your account at any time. Your profile will no longer be visible to other users. Please note that accounts inactive for two years may be automatically closed by us.
