This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice supplements our main Privacy Notice and is intended specifically for residents of Washington and Nevada in compliance with state privacy laws concerning consumer health data.

We do not believe we collect “consumer health data,” and we do not use any information we collect to infer or determine your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. However, because “consumer health data” is defined broadly in some state laws, including those in Washington and Nevada, it is possible that certain information we collect from you or about you may be interpreted as consumer health data.

The primary reason we collect and use your information—whether or not it qualifies as consumer health data—is to provide, maintain, and improve the Hirconn mobile application and services, such as helping you create a Personal or Business Page and enabling user discovery and professional connections.

How We Disclose Consumer Health Data

We may share consumer health data with the following categories of third parties, when necessary for the purposes described above:

• Other Users: You voluntarily share information when you post content or complete your profile, including personal or business-related details.
• Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors that support our service delivery, including hosting, analytics, customer support, and security operations.
• Affiliates: Our affiliated companies may assist us with backend operations such as infrastructure support, data security, and abuse detection.
• Corporate Transactions: If Hirconn is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction, consistent with applicable law.
• Law Enforcement / Legal Requests: We may disclose your data to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful process or governmental requests, protect safety, or enforce legal rights.
